“Not happy at all. My son purchase a scooter from there on wed 16th went out on it for 3 hrs and back wheel not spinning properly and front bars loose. So rang in the frid as was at work all day Tuesday but was closed due 2 easter. Same up untill tuesday I got hold of them. Told them I wasn't happy and wanted a refund as if it was to go wrong again it's a lot of messing. I was told they wouldn't give a refund and tgey would pick it up and fix it. I was told don't ever expect 2 never have problems with scooters u always do. Hmmmmm no u don't and shouldn't have problems with a scooter u have just payed £200for. Not happy at all. My son aso always had scooters and not had problems. Let's hope when it comes bk tomorrow it's all ok. Vicky buckland from newark 24th april”

We are very sorry about this. As with any used product we cannot accept returns for a refund. We have now collected the scooter for repair and will make sure it is in full working order before going back out to you.

“Bought 2 sets of skates from this company and very happy with both purchases. Delivery is super fast and well packaged and returns and Customer Care superb. Had to return a set of skates due to poor fit - no quibbles just phoned up and arranged alternative brand to be delivered. Very happy - Corinna”

“Great products,well packaged. My 3yr old is loving her new set of proper skates and that she can join the rest of us in our sessions! Courier service was excellent, as you can track the package in great detail and practically down to the minute of arrival. Will definitely use Proline again when we next require any skating related goods.”

“I was really pleased with the entire purchase of my skates. The skates were as described. The order was very prompt and the delivery service was fantastic, being able to track the parcel and see exactly what time the delivery was due. I ordered 3 pairs of skates, but unfortunately the ones for myself were too big. As I needed them urgently I then ordered an additional pair in the smaller size, again with great speedy service. However the return transaction was not so smooth. I phoned Proline twice for advice on returns and did exactly as instructed. I chose a return courier with certified and signed for delivery and returned the skates with the returns form the following day. I received no refund for several weeks and in the finish had to Email and phone proline on several occasions to sort this out. I think the company had lost track of my returned skates. Fortunately I was able to prove exactly the time and date and by whom they had been received by. My refund was then credited, with an Email to say it had been sorted out. Apart from this glitch, which could have been just an unfortunate error, I was very happy with the service overall and I would recommend Pro-Line still.”

We are very sorry for the mix up with your return. It seems like it got mixed up somehow which is bad on our part but glad it all got resolved in the end. Thanks for the review
