“I purchased a scooter for my sons 11th birthday, when it arrived it was NOT new! I was really dissapointed that you sent me a scooter that was ex display model with scratches on it!. My son had chosen this scooter from your site and expected it to look brand new. I wouldnt have purchased this item knowing it was badly marked. In future you should make customers aware that they will be sent ex display models and offer them discount or the decission not to buy as I would have done given the option. When the scooter arrived I phoned you straight away to be told that it was the last one! I had to send photos to prove that it was marked and promised a phone call straight back, that I didnt get! Fortunately the man I spoke to gave me his managers mobile to forward the pictures to so I phoned him and he said he had seen the photos and had just left work, was I not going to get a reply until the next working day? Why did he not feel it necessary to sort out this complaint their and then? I was very peroffessional on the phone and expected the same back. My son ended up with a scooter that looked second hand on his birthday that was 2 days later, and no apologies were made! The result of the phone call was that the scooter was discounted. If I had been given the choice before the scooter was delivered I would have purchased a different scooter and you would have had a better sale.”

“I have never used them before and was concerned with making an on line payment, but I am pleased to say that despite the bank holiday they got my order to me very quickly and the delivery service they used is very informative. If I need to buy anything they sell in the future I would use them again :o)”

“I ordered my 14 year old daughter these for her birthday. She has a very narrow foot and these were perfect! They are fantastic quality and fit like a glove giving plenty of support to her feet and ankles. She is a size 6 and these are a true fit so no need to order a different size to the normal shoe fitting. Quick delivery.”

“Well what can we say, outstanding customer service, i phoned them up wednesday morning, the chap was very helpfull, ordered a scooter which had to be built from scratch, come thursday morning 08.15 it was here, delivered as they had said, we need more companies who provides this sort of outstanding service, 5 stars to you guys..”

“Good shop, stocked many items that others didn't but I am aware you don't support aggressive inline as deeply as other shops might e.g. locoskates. I will continue to use your shop when others lack the stock. Good service all round and would suggest it to anyone.”
