“1-2 days shipping does not include the date of order despite the order actually being given before the weekend meaning an order given on, say, Sunday wont be posted until Tuesday and wont arrive until Wednesday. The third day after order. Then the express delivery that wasn’t really express isnt even partially refunded on item return and the return itself costs another £5. Definitely a mistake to use this website.”

Hi Heather, I can see you ordered on a Sunday just before a bank holiday which would have added further delay to your order. We are closed over the weekend and bank holidays as indicated in our openign hours. As stated, our express option is 1-2 working days which looking at your order, was achieved. You are also correct that express shipping is not refunded when returning items. This is outlined in our returns policy and we did actually get this delivered in the alloted express time. Sorry you feel it was a mistake to use our website due to this.
