“Still waiting for it! Ordered on Tuesday eve and paid for next day delivery. As per your website this should be processed before 3pm Wednesday so my delivery should be Friday. Get an email on Thursday to say it’s been dispatched, then get an email from Royal Mail saying it will be delivered Saturday. We’re now on Tuesday eve and it never went out for delivery Saturday or Tuesday. Who knows if it will come Wednesday (over a week from ordering) but I shall certainly not be purchasing anything from this incompetent company again. I did try your online chat function which appear to be permanently offline. In 2023 this level of service and comms is unacceptable and as for Royal Mail, I would never have ordered with you if I had k own as they are terrible. With so many great and much cheaper delivery options why you even use them is beside me. A response to this review would be welcomed”

“This was my first time ordering from Proline Skates. I ordered a pair of ice skates, a bag, skate guards and some gloves. However, being my clumsy self I ordered 4 sizes too small by mistake 🙈 I rang proline directly and the customer service was exceptional. I was informed they didn’t have my size in those skates anymore as they were out of stock but they did have others. I ordered another pair of skates straight away from their website and parcelled up the wrongly ordered skates and to send back. They processed my return and refund almost immediately (within 24 hours of me returning product) super happy with my purchase and will definitely order from Proline again. Recommend 1000%, thank you 😊”
