“I was put through to the right person to help me with what I wanted straight away. They helped find what I needed and led me thought the order steps to make sure it went smoothly. Very helpful and if they have something that I want then I would rather buy it from them than anywhere else as i had a good customer experience.”

“This was my first order.I've just to introduced my grandson into skating to get him away from the computer.the dilivery was great!! They came the next day but big disappointment as they had been worn before ??they were all bobbly inside from wearing socks.the heel label insole was worn away I paid full price when I called them no apology was given and I was lucky that they had another pair I'm now waiting for them to come hopefully in time for his birthday!!.”

“I was a little bit disappointed the item I ordered was out of stock and not informed about this at the point of purchase. How ever when contacting the company by phone I was offered an alternative item that was delivered the next morning. I will let you know when my 12 year old son opens his blue scooter in the morning for his 13th birthday rather than the red one he wanted :)”

“I had ordered a blunt . It hadn't arrived after a week . I phoned to see what was happening for to be told the scooter I had ordered was out of stock. I ordered another but had to send it back as it wasn't the 1 my son wanted. Talking to the staff , they were helpful .”

“Bought one pair SEBA FR Deluxe 2014 for me and one for my friend and a couple of other stuff. They didn't have the 2015 or 2016 version and a lot of other stuff (like slalom cones) were not in stock. I live in Sweden so first I tried my credit card but it didn't work, then I tried my normal debit card but the process didn't seem to work. Then I got a confirmation mail that it went through, all good, I thought. They later emailed me saying their system thought the purchase was a fraud so I had to contact my bank and get a special number. So I called the bank, got the number and then sent it back and it was good to go. The package came a week later, a bit misstreated and one of the bearingspackage were damaged and they had fallen out. Found them all though and the inlines were in great shape. Everything sounds quite bad but overall they did good and it came quite fast. Summary Pros: Fast answers on emails and shipping. Nice webshop. Cons: Bad billing system. A lot of stuff not in stock. Bad packaging.”

“Bought these for my daughters 7th birthday. Service from Proline Skates was faultless...arrived next day with an option to track the parcel. The Heelys are superb. Really chunky, with bright flashing lights. A little tricky to master to begin with, but the DVD really helped with the process. Would thoroughly recommend.”
