“Great next day delivery! Skateboard came in great condition. I only wish the board came in it's original packaging. The Penny Skateboard came in a plain cardboard box, with paper wrapping inside. Kept the board safe for sure, although not so satisfying unboxing experience, plus I like having the original boxes. Great service though and the prices are great.”

“I ordered a scooter and then realised I ordered some of it wrong. My mum emailed for advice on what to do and Adam was amazing, he kept scooter from being sent out and my mum emailed him what I wanted and he sorted it out for me right away. My order arrived and I could not make my scooter as the bolt was too small and mum drive me to the Cardiff store where they replaced the bolt and assembled my scooter free of charge. I will always return to proline skates for future parts. Ryan Davies (15)”

“The scooter we ordered showed as in stock but we were then advised it was out of stock. Proline Skates contacted us quickly offering either a refund or an alternative scooter. We chose another scooter which was then delivered very quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the website showed the item as in stock when it wasn't. Otherwise excellent service.”
