“I purchased a Heely's for my nearly 8 years old daughter as she'd grew out of her old ones. I'm very please to say that they arrived way before the date expected & before I made my purchase, I have made price comparison & Proline Skates is definitely cheaper by about nearly £10 on the exact same item!!! I will highly recommend to anyone & will without a doubt be using them again. Thank you Proline Skates.”

“I have used Proline before and the staff have always been vey helpful. On this occasion the item I wanted wasn't in stock but they rang the moment it was and it was dispatched the same day I ordered it. I need new kit soon and I will definitely be calling in again. My reason for going there is for ice hockey kit but they also do lots of different skates and scooters. I'm happy to recommend Proline to anyone.”

“Order wasn't able to be fulfilled straight away due to stock issues. However, plenty of emails to and fro sorted the problem and the substitute item along with the other parts were sent out and received promptly.”

“I ordered a pair of Heelys on the 24th of August and the website told me that they were in stock, however the next day I received an email saying that they actually were not in stock and I'd have to wait until Tuesday 30th the latest. It was nice to know that Prolineskates were keeping in contact with me. So Tuesday came and the Heelys didn't arrive...instead, they came on Wednesday, but I was just glad that they were finally going to be delivered. As I was able to track my parcel I knew roughly when it would be at my house. However, on Wednesday I received a message saying that my parcel had been delivered to my 'supposed neighbour'. I looked at the image of the house that they attached...this was not my neighbour! They had given my parcel to a stranger and I didn't know where that house was. I ended up having to walk around my neighbourhood comparing all the houses to the one on my phone, until I finally found a match. Luckily the people who lived there were nice and actually gave me my parcel... I don't know what went wrong here, my address that I gave was correct,but it still ended up and a strangers house on another road... All in all quite poor service, but the Heelys fit fine (as I ordered normal shoe size) and the quality is very good.”
