“I have studied the ILM Level 3 Certificate with Michelle at PSS. With regard to PSS, the training room/venue is perfect for the course, facilitating group work and break out sessions. Not accessible by public transport but only a short hop in the taxi so no problem in terms of access. With regard to the course, Michelle is a great facilitator, engaging with the attendees and creating a relaxed yet professional learning environment. The course is well structured and covers all you need to know as a new manager. The reflective nature of the content and assignments has boosted my confidence as a new manager, resulted in a more assertive leadership style, with a firm understanding of situational leadership in addition to practical support with service improvement, managing change, communicating feedback, devising training courses and overseeing meetings. The course offers good value for money and I would recommend the course at PSS to others without hesitation.”
