“I attended training on IOSH certification. Occupational Safety and Health covers a wide range of topics - and this course was delivered in a logical order with emphasis and repetition of key points. Our instructor kept us engaged and was always happy to answer questions or clarify points. The days were broken up with relevant 'board game' like puzzles, videos and animated presentations relating directly to the written course material. The atmosphere was casual - our group often discussed real world experiences relating to the topic being covered. I attend a lot of training in my profession, it's often a dull acquiescence, but this training course was enjoyable, valuable and left me feeling more capable.”

“We as a business have recently started to use PSS this year for courses and have been largely dealing with Theresa. I just wanted to feedback what an absolutely brilliant asset Theresa is to the business. She has been a total god send to me and my colleagues and couldn’t do any more to help you. Such a lovely person, so easy to deal with, extremely efficient and I don’t think we could speak more highly of her! I sometimes ring her in a tizz and nothing is too much trouble, is dealt with within minutes and she’s never stressed or unable to help – even when it’s probably not her job. She is always my first point of contact as I know she can help regardless of the query. Just felt compelled to share my appreciation, because whilst everyone we have dealt with at PSS have been great, people like Theresa are really hard to come by!”
