“Content of course was well presented, maybe just a little too much for a morning. I like the idea of half day courses that cover enough without going overboard. Our trainer Michelle Harrington was happy to discuss different issues with us , as we bounced idea's off each other. Our group was small which was nice and a good mix.”

“The trainer was able to go "off course" to cover a particular aspect we were interested in. She made us feel comfortable and able to participate in the course content, without feeling self-conscious. I would recommend this course to others.”

“This course for me ticked all the boxes. The standard of training in the classroom was excellent and the instructors were very interactive and guided me through the course with relative ease. The practical side of the course was well organised and carried out safely. I have recommended this course to my colleagues.”

“I attended the Performance Management course on 25 February. Michelle Harrington was the course presenter. The content of the course was informative and taught me a lot more than I anticipated. The presenter was great; she explained things well and tailored the course to the needs of those attending. I would give her 10 out of 10! Thank you”

“Michelle was a great trainer and delivered content on the points that we set out at the beginning of the day. Even though these deviated slightly from the course itself, while still staying within the topic. Michelle was clear in her explanations and gave some really good advice and tips on how to effectively deal with good and poor performance... tips I put into action as soon as I returned to the office and I could tell they made a difference to the individual.”
