“I attended my smsts course last week and was taught by Barry Shorter. I found him to be a very good tutor. He made everyone feel at ease and his way of teaching was very good. From booking the course to completing it was all made very simple. Thanks”

As soon as we identified this, our team contacted you straight away to explain the situation and work with you to find an alternative date. We explored the options available, but we completely understand that your work commitments meant the alternative dates weren’t suitable. “Martin was engaging throughout. He had a unique way of making things very relative and relatable. Covering all 22 of the hazards did make me zone out a little but that is through no fault of the instructor it was just a lot of information to take in, possibly because I knew it would be a lot so was therefore conscious of it. Overall I enjoyed my course and thought Martin was brilliant. What was initially a very daunting 3 days turned into an enjoyable time. Thanks Badger! Note: Should have included food each day as the cost of course is very high and for future to take into account natural lighting in learning space! Being in a room for long periods with overhead light, no fresh air and no windows wasn’t ideal for learning and had Martin not been as engaging this would have been a problem.”

“Course was brilliant. Would of been 5 stars but unfortunately the facilities let the course down. No tea/Coffee on day 1, chairs are plastic and uncomfortable. Would say not suitable for a Management safety course.”
