“A great instructor who made the training engaging, easy to understand, and enjoyable. Friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions to ensure clearer understand I came away feeling much more confident and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for health and safety training 😁”

“The overall 5 day course was great, both the course leaders (Brian and Harry) we had teaching us was spot on, very knowledgable and made the units interesting to understand and learn from. The facilities on-site including the classroom, kitchen area and toilets were brilliant and the general staff in the centre were great and friendly. THe practical elements of the learning were particularly interesting and being on the supervisory course, allowed me to look for and watch out certain aspects when out on the highway which is definately something I will be doing moving forward. The only feedback I would suggest is at the beginning of the course, hand out a timetable or just 1 sheet of paper showing the units were are going to learn along with practical elements of what we are doing and the tests/assessments. Me personally I am a visual learner and this would have been beneficial to me to understand the various units and topics, which dont get me wrong were introduced and talked about in the class and we were given the assessment sheets/work booklets throughout, but I think an initial timetable at the start would have helped. Other than that everything else was delviered brilliantly and I enjoyed my time on the course and learned alot from it, keep up the great work. Thanks”

“I attended training on IOSH certification. Occupational Safety and Health covers a wide range of topics - and this course was delivered in a logical order with emphasis and repetition of key points. Our instructor kept us engaged and was always happy to answer questions or clarify points. The days were broken up with relevant 'board game' like puzzles, videos and animated presentations relating directly to the written course material. The atmosphere was casual - our group often discussed real world experiences relating to the topic being covered. I attend a lot of training in my profession, it's often a dull acquiescence, but this training course was enjoyable, valuable and left me feeling more capable.”
