“Course was good (same old SMSTS) but delivered brilliant by Ian. Wonderful bloke, down to earth who’s helpful and knowledgeable. As far as courses go it was the best I’ve been on in years.”

“I had a disappointing experience with Project Skills Solutions. My NRSWA course was cancelled twice after I had already booked it and arranged annual leave and other commitments around the scheduled dates. The repeated cancellations also affected the start date of my new job, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Although communication was polite, the lack of reliability made it difficult to plan, and I ultimately had to seek training with another provider.”

Your initial booking was made on a course that was subject to confirmation. When we became aware that a place could not be secured, our team acted promptly to notify you and arrange an alternative course, which was then booked and confirmed. Unfortunately, the alternative course was subsequently cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances relating to the trainer. While the cancellations were due to circumstances beyond our direct control, we recognise the impact they had on your plans. We would like to reassure you that our team communicated updates as soon as they became available and worked to provide alternative solutions throughout the process. When we were unable to find a satisfactory solution, you were promptly refunded. We sincerely apologise that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.
