“Trainer was very good. Central venue. Only issues: 1) Website was said it was multiple choice exam; it was partially multiple choice, which caused some anxiety in the group from those who had read your website. 2) the confirmation/invoice said to arrive 15 mins early and people who were late wouldn’t be admitted and wouldn’t get a refund. Frankly this got my back up a bit, people do try to be on time, but in a world of travel disruptions etc I think such a threat was a bit much and unnecessary. Had my train into the city been delayed and I was met with that attitude I’d have been very annoyed. As was, it wasn’t an issue, and I think the tutor had a softer edge than the advance correspondence.”

Regarding the assessment, our website does explain that the course includes both a multiple‑choice test and a separate practical risk assessment, but we’ll review the layout to make sure this is even clearer for future delegates. Your point about the early‑arrival message is also appreciated. We will soften that wording to feel more supportive while still keeping the day running smoothly.
