“Great products and advice. The only downside is their shipping costs are very expensive versus some of their competition. This is particularly the case for things like granular fertiliser where the delivery charge makes it almost prohibitively expensive (whereas some of their competition offer free delivery, or a nominal £5.95). I tried raising this with them as frankly I'd prefer to buy their product but have bought granular feed elsewhere this time.”

“The negatives: The 2 requested products did not arrive on the due date. Having allowed a further 2 days I contacted “you” and following 2 or 3 telephone calls the matter was resolved. The positives: Talia ( hope the spelling is correct) was absolutely brilliant and dealt with the courier company UPS and fed back to me on several occasions. Parcel was delivered the next day! Products were as expected very good( I have used one of them before) . I would use your company again due in part to the very good customer service. Thanks. Jonathan”

“Product good as expected but delivery to us was a nightmare. DHL didn’t try very hard to find us (we are a farm) and after 2 attempts with us waiting in all day, we eventually arranged for it to be delivered to my daughter.”

“As it can take up to 3 years to completely kill this weed (Horses Tail) it is difficult to give a definitive review. So far the results are promising. 2 weeks after the first application the aboveground portion of the weed is dead. However, if you break off the stem you find it is still green inside. It will be interesting to see what regrowth there is, both this year and next. I conclude that this will take several applications over at least two years. But I have to say that results so far are promising and as expected. Application itself is not a complicated procedure as long as precautions are followed.”

“Seems to have worked very quickly. No signs of life from caterpillars. Easy to mix and use. Would be helpful if a measuring spoon was supplied. Also the order took 48 hrs to arrive not the 24 advertised. That's why its 4 stars not 5.”

“I used the combined SBK and Kplus last year and it did a good job on the marestail. It has come back this year, but not as bad. There are certain areas in my garden where it hasn't reappeared atall, so it must have killed the root. I've applied again this year and once again the marestail looks dead!”

“First time I've used ProGreen and it mostly seemed to work OK. Left a message for a call back when my first phone call wasn't answered but it didn't happen. When I did get through I got some good advice on which products to use to address a particular problem but I was promised a phone call back about another product the chap I spoke to said I'd best speak with his colleague but the call didn't materialise. Thought the postage was a little steep - when you spend a couple of hundred pounds (which I accept may not be a big order by ProGreen's standards) postage is so often free or quite low. Still, all in all, it wasn't bad - good website, good product advice and reasonable costs. Would have given 5 stars if not for the 2 phone call issues.”

“The website is easy to understand and the product came very quickly. However the bottle top was slightly damaged and the polythene bag not sealed so a small amount of liquid had leaked out. When reported an apology and discount offer were quickly given. I hope the fault was traced and cured too.”

“Excellent company with speedy delivery. It’s a shame your carriers let you down. I was indoor with special instructions if there was no answer but your carriers delivered to a local pick up point. Collecting my package was a nightmare!”
