“St what is happening.aff are well informed technically and good to deal with generally. When it comes to shipping the new name - not Progreen - makes one wonder what is happening.”

“As always I manged to find the products that I needed at a competitive price, it wasn't until I read how much extra you charged me just to send my order to the Scottish Highlands that I felt a little disappointed, I guess in the future I will have to spend more time scrolling through different Internet companies looking for better total price.”

“Delivery, timing and packaging excelent as normal. I have tried a number of new products New Way weed spray on the advice of progreen to combat Liverport and SB plant invigorator to help with whitefly in the greenhouse and because of that I cannot use them until 2025 the jury is still out regaring their effectiveness. I have also tried a new weed spray Gallop Hi - Aktiv Amenity as I needed something stronger. I will review all at a later date in 2025.”

“Wanted to clear some land with a lot of brambles I applied one dose which didn’t seem to do much However applied a second dose and and it’s done the job brambles have withered and died”

“Very timely service and delivery, but half if the order was picked wrongly when sent to the courier. After a phone call it was sorted though very easily w8th a return and re delivery.”

“The only reason for a 4 star rating is possibly that our particulaly rather shallow soil depth is inadequate to allow sufficiently depth for root formation inplaces, Otherwise an excellent product.”

“I ordered Algo Clear Pro to clean my block paving. I have used it in the past to clear mty roof and patio slabs. It is one of the best on the market. The problem arose with the delivery via UPS. I walked into the office and saw the van disappearing down the road. He had turned around on my brothers drive but had not delivered there. At that point no picture was available of where he could posibly have left it so I contacted UPS via their claim form. After knocking on several doors I eventually located where the driver had delivered it to. All this problem could have been avoided if he had put a note through my letterbox. I have used Progreen for several years and this is the first time that I have had a problem”

“ProGreen was very good at shipping the order quickly and for dealing with my complaint about problems with delivery to expedite it. Would have got 5 stars but for using UPS who must rate as one of the worst couriers in existence and would prefer if they were no longer in existence so they wouldn't be used.”

“Website was easy to navigate and place order, but dispatch and delivery took longer than expected and in light of that feel the handling fee and delivery costs were high. If I hadn’t of chased I don’t feel order would have been dealt with in a timely manner. On receipt of items. -pleased with items & products.”
