“It is too early to give a verdict because of bad weather I have not been able to use the product. However, the web site is well laid out, easy to navigate and to place an order. The delivery arrived on time and it was useful to find full details for use on the container and the accompanied leaflet of other products was also useful.”

“Delivery charge is expensive, the most expensive I have ever had for on-line delivery but UPS which are used are the worst to offer the service. They only give you a delivery day, no morning or afternoon etc. Most delivery companies even give you an estimated time these days, some to the hour. DPD are the best UPS are the worst.”

HI Philip, thanks for leaving a review. With regard to the delivery charge, we have to abide by regulations for the transport of the type of products that we sell, which include ADR regulations. Unfortunately these products cannot be carried by Royal Mail or other non ADR courier firms and the charges for regulated ADR carriers are higher. “Too early to say how the seed performs, but service from Progress was good. However, the delivery by UPS caused me a headache. I asked for delivery to a nearby shop (Access Point) as I would be to on the delivery day. This change was acknowledged by UPS, yet they attempted to delivery at home when I was out. It was only the afternoon of the next day that it was correctly delivered to the Access Point.”

“Product was as ordered, was quickly dispatched and well packaged. Product arrived without damage or leakage. I did have a problem with the couriers you use as I was given an email and tracking number for delivery so cancelled 2 appointments to wait in for it. I waited in till Lunchtime on day of delivery before I had another email saying it was not going to be delivered that day and would be rescheduled. I was not notified of any further delivery date and had to stay in until it was delivered. Tracking just told me the same as initial email that owing to operational problems package would be rescheduled. Not notifying me of new delivery date was very inconvenient and annoying.”

Unfortunately this caused the delay of the shipment. “My only complaint is that UPS are not the most helpful couriers. While many let you track delivery to the nearest hour, UPS only give a whole day, which means someone being about all day. They will try a second day but if that is missed they cannot leave hazardous chemicals at a drop off point, so it has to be collected from their distant depot.”
