“Every house once had an old exercise bike in the shed or dumped, not this one it breaks the monotony and using iFit makes it even more interesting and motivational. I have already cycled in Norway, Spain and Hawaii. It takes a bit to get used to the gears (and the saddle) but i have not sweated like that in a while you will get a great work out in 30 minutes. I'm looking forward to using the pre programmed Tour de France stages they have something to suit every level of cycling. I'm new to it so i hope in 6 months time i still feel the same about this bike and by the way it looks great.”

“I have knocking noises and a burning smells from the electrics. Not what I had in mind for £900. Awaiting support to try and sort this out. Very disappointed”

“They sorted out our delivery after delivery company let us down twice after agreeing delivery times twice and twice letting us down if I was pro form I would use a different company to deliver my products”

“The bike a Tour de France exercise bike was big and heavy but excellently packaged. There were no indents to show the box had even been moved! Very impressed. Also we have 3 very steep steps up to our front door and they had sent two delivery men more than capable of getting it into the house. They were polite efficient and right on time delivery wise. Couldn't be happier. Would defiantly recommend this seller to everyone.”

“Product: ProForm Endurance S7.5 Treadmill Product Enquiry via Telephone: People on the front desk were very unfriendly and I didnt want to talk to them after their tone. So made further enquires about the product from one of the suppliers based in London who were extremely helpful. Delivery: Took not more than 5 days from the date of order. Product Assembly: Definitely require 2 people as its quite heavy. After Assembly: Product looks very robust and industrial grade. However, time will tell how reliable it actually is as looks can be deceiving sometimes. It is not very noisy but each to their own really. Folding it very easy but still it is a big machine so it will still occupy good space. But then do not be put off by this only because if you buy a light weight space saving treadmill then you are compromising on the quality of the product. I have not checked the Bluetooth or tested the inbuilt speakers but that feature is something that will be used rarely at least by us. Tablet/iPad holder is a nice added touch and is very handy to have.”

As you are based in Ireland, we do state in our delivery terms and conditions that the delivery lead times are 7 - 14 working days so that may be the reason why you may not have heard anything on the 11th day. “I paid an extra £89 for the installation and setup option. Unfortunately, the mechanic managed to cross-thread one of the pedals and left a transit wedge in place that slipped down inside the mechanism as soon as I started to pedal. Don't take it for granted that the bike is ready to ride. Apart from that, the bike appears to be everything I expected.”

“A great piece of kit. I bought this for my wife who has muscular problems and can sieze up at any time, so using a treadmill is a lot safer than pounding the streets. I have recently been using this also, and although I have never used a 'professional' treadmill I really like this. It's strong, sturdy and I can really feel the benefit of having the cushioned belt. I like the pre-programmed settings and everything is easy to hand. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to invest in a treadmill.”
