“Order was acknowledged promptly and delivery time advised in advance by text which was very helpful. Assembly of goods was reasonably straightforward and am delighted with the performance of the cycle and the exercise programmes available.”

“After paying for the item 2 weeks ago I received a text notification on Sunday night giving me a 4 hour window for Monday 9th. I arranged for someone to be in for the day at some inconvenience only to receive another text early Monday morning telling me that it was at the wrong depot and would not be delivered. No details of a new delivery were sent after 3 days of trying to call and email both Proform and Panther (the courier). I eventually received a call last night from Panther who said they would call me back before 5:30pm and let me know what is happening. They never called back! I've now got through to Proform....after speaking with someone from their customer services this morning (who actually seemed very helpful) I still have had no details of when I will receive the treadmill...and after being assured they would call back within half an hour....2 hours later and I'm still waiting. They've taken my payment, but I've got nothing to show for it and no idea when or IF I will get it. I am only writing this review now as whilst still waiting for information the only communication I actually do get is an email asking me for my feedback ! Extremely disappointing experience so far.”

I understand that there were issue's with your order relating to our carriers however we did manage to get the item delivered within the stated 5 - 10 working day lead time. “The treadmill was delivered on time as promised. It took 2.5 hours to assemble but we got there in the end. I have used it every day since and I love it. It's a sturdy piece of equipment with many excellent functions and I am very happy with it. Thank you Proform!”

“We researched for a well made Cross Trainer for home use that could also fold up to take up less space. The delivery was on time with plenty of communication to advise when we would need to be in, and the assembly instructions were easy to use. We have both used the Cross trainer now several time and are both impressed by the build quality and how easy it is to fold up and wheel away out of sight!”

“There is an integral part of our exercise bike missing. In order to get the part we have to submit a mass of information and we have not had an invoice or delivery note from which to get this information. I have spent an hour today trying to get it sorted but have to wait til Monday and hope I can speak to someone.”

Sadly on rare occasions this does happen but I believe this was rectified with a part being sent out to you at the quickest convience by our customer services team. “Excellent company to deal with - quick comprehensive answers, all relevant information provided with order - would have liked to have equipment invoiced with zero VAT as I am registered in Ireland and it was shipping ex-UK. The PRO-FORM ENDURANCE M7 treadmill I bought is an extremely well engineered machine, obviously refined and improved over several generations. Only minor criticism is sound system is barely audible when machine is running, but the most important thing is the treadmill looks strong and reliable and choice of programs is pretty good - fantastic value for money.
