“Good quality piece of equipment, fairly easy to put together (few frustrating moments, but nothing out of the ordinary!) Enjoying using it so far, minus the uncomfortable seat but hopefully I can find a seat cover or something to help!”

“This is a fantastic running machine as able to do different levels of running , almost same as a a commercial gym machine Regard the ifit more information should be known before. Ting the tread mill as it's extra cost we did not know we had to pay for”

“The item arrived but parts bent out of shape, do not line up, big gaps where it is meant to connect with base! Husband has tried several times to put together but just does not fit together. I phoned up to tell Customer Service about it and was told to take photos and send them in. Therefore have to try and put it together again to take photos to show how badly made and allowed to be sent out to customer with no quality control.”

Hello Berenice, Thank you very much for your email. Unfortunately on very rare occasions products can be sent to products that have been possibly damaged in transit. I can only thank you for raising this issue with ourselves as we will be investigating and I believe our customer services have resolved this issue.

“I bought an ifit coach membership and proform bike. Ifit had to sort out my membership as it just didn't happen. Proform didn't even reply to my problem. I now have the bike, which unfortunately has a display that is slightly marked/scratched and it doesn't connect to either my ifit app, not my axis band. Without this facility, it is not the bike I would have chosen... I have asked how to sort this via ifit, but not yet with proform - let's see if you can sort this one out for me in a timely manner!”

Hello Laura, Thank you for your honest review. I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with iFit and the cosmetic damage on your machine. May I ask where did you contact as you mentioned that ProForm never replied? Unfortunately our iFit wearables do not connect to the bike directly but you can link it to your iFit application. I believe both issues have now been resolved and I hope you are enjoying your machine/iFit experience.

“Tour de France series 5 bike v good. Great programming own routes although some of the gradients are not accurate. Just beware that the ifit membership to do this is costly at £175 for 2 years. Action of bike is v realistic and as comfortable as a normal road bike. Music tracks are a bit low grade lots of groups I have never heard of and need jack plug rather than wifi to wire up your own sounds. Workout for the day nice as they take you all over the world Hawaii and mountains in Europe. Footage sometimes stops on one photo which is not so good. Had to invest £50 in the heart monitor which seems quite accurate.”

As it links with Google maps, sometimes there can be a stutter in route but that could be due to how they've recorded the routes or internet connection. “Communication from your company was excellent. The two men who delivered the treadmill were very efficient and very polite. As for the treadmill - It is brilliant but did take rather more than two hours to assemble! Overall, a very pleasant experience”

“I purchased the new proform cardio hiit recently i was a little disappointed on unpacking to find a discolouration with one of the arms however this is being rectified and a replacement will be sent as soon as, However bearing in mind this is only an aesthetic problem nothing to do with the mechanical side of the machine, Right the machine itself i have looked at numerous reviews and you tube videos regards the proform and the bowflex max i have previous experience of both makes and can honestly say no problems with either, I decided on the proform because it was cheaper than the bowflex and also it has many more pre set programmes, Another point is that the machine is very silent where as the bowflex can get quite noisy, The proform is very well made very sturdy and there are plenty of workouts to choose from you can also link to ifit for a subscription fee but there are also plenty of workouts on youtube, The warranty was another factor as if you register within 28 days you get 24 months parts and labour where as the bowflex was only 12 months, If you purchase from the USA you have a lifetime guarantee on the frame not sure why this is different in the Uk as same machine same company, There arnt that many uk reviews as the machine is quite new to us but i would say if your in two minds don't be you will definitely get a good work out from this believe me I've done 2 ironman events and this makes me hurt, The only negative reviews i read re proform were regards customer services again mostly in the USA however they have sorted my small problem so i can only speak as i find. So in a nut shell Good quality lots of work out programmes ifit, bluetooth, Cooling fan, speakers very sturdy and cheaper than the Bowflex, I am not affiliated to proform just a normal guy looking for a quality product!!!”

As I spoke to you when placing the order it was to my disappointment on hearing that you recieved the product with a faulty arm (I believe the colouring of the arm was off when manufactured) but I believe our customer services rectified this straight away by placing a parts order for the arm. We do have differences between our warranty compared to our counterpart in the US but this is due to many factors based on the market we advertise our products to. With this being said I'm glad you are enjoying your Cardio HIIT trainer.

“Advised, helped and it arrived when it was supposed to. Lots of back-up help via email with Joshua. Really good experience all round. Don't get the graphics that are shown on promo shots as good as should be as wasn't informed I needed wifi. I was told I didn't need wifi which wasn't quite true. I'm getting very jerky Tour de France stages only by using my phone as a 'hotspot'. I was advised Bluetooth would give me everything advertised. I love the bike though so ok about everything.”
