“The only failing I could identify was that you didn't e-mail when the goods left your warehouse and give me the name of the delivery carrier. I live alone and had to stay in for several days in anticipation of delivery. The carrier, of course, didn't ring and it was only be chance that I rang on your office on the delivery day just 45 minutes before the goods arrived. The goods exceed my expectation; my legs are very tired”

“very happy with my pro form purchase. i don't run and this one has an incline of 15%. it has a space for tablet so happily watch a programme whilst walking at speed.”

“We've bought from PriFirm before so didn't hesitate to buy from them again. However our treadmill arrived damaged as the right side mounded strip level with the belt was split so not too impressed and will contact PriFirm for a replacement plastic trim. Otherwise unit is good”

I understand the disappointment of receiving a product with cosmetic damage. I believe our customer services had rectified this with a replacement unit. Hope you are enjoying your machine.

“I have no idea if this is effective as an exercise method in the intended way. However I am getting an enormous amount of exercise from assembling this machine. I am no novice - I work in the engineering field - but after 4 hours attempting to assemble this product I am left with a half-built cross trainer, which, I have realised, I will have to modify large parts of in order to use it. The bolts supplied are lacquered badly and therefore jam when they are tightened. I am going to have to recut all the external and internal threads. The axles are so tight in the bushes that they will not push on and need a great deal of force. It is worrying that others fit easily, which suggests very poor tolerances in manufacture. So, what do I do? Disassemble the whole product again so that I can return it? I'm not sure that's possible as it would now be just as much bother to take apart. So, I will have to struggle on, re-engineer parts, and hope that I can get it to function. If you don't have the means to do that, yourself, then AVOID THIS PRODUCT.”

Hello Mr Press, its Josh from ProForm Fitness. I'm sorry to hear you had issue's with the assembly of your product which you mentioned to our customer services. As this was under warranty our customer services were able to offer you any spare parts due to the fact you mentioned that the parts provided were not adequate/suitable enough for assembly. We are hoping now that these issue's were rectified and you are enjoying your machine.

“Recently received the Adjustable Power Pack (... think Bulgarian Bag clone... ) from ProForm. Delivered promptly; well-packaged; with an excellent instructional DVD, including some original and inventive exercises. The bag/pack itself seems robust, well-constructed and well-designed, with all sorts of grip combinations possible: slings for swings, "pinch grips" for Farmers' Walks, etc... I think this product will serve me well for the kind of training I enjoy, i.e. getting outdoors, chucking it over one or both shoulders and running/ walking up hills, and general "functional" (for want of a better word ????) stuff... Can't wait for some better weather, now ????”

Hello Gillian, its Josh from ProForm Fitness. I'm sorry to hear you had issue's with your 620 ZLT Treadmill. Looking at the log there were motor and console issue's with your machine which was raised with our customer services. As this was under warranty, we were able to send out an engineer with the correct parts which I believe fixed the issue. Thank you for your order and we are hoping you are enjoying your Treadmill.

“No problems. Buying process went well and the price was cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. Delivery was a little slow but it would appear that I hit the one time in the year when the warehouse was closed for a few days for their annual stock take. When the trainer did arrive it was within the time they said and the two guys delivering it were very helpful. Would recommend.”

“The buying process was really easy and the courier organised the delivery very well. Considering you order direct from pro-form but receive from the makers the process was very smooth, so thank you for that. at the moment i have ongoing issues that i hope are resolved swiftly as i am not happy with the quality of the item received.”

“Bike is well made and sturdy and we are very happy with it. The instructions to put it together could have been clearer though! Although a time slot was agreed with delivery firm, driver turned up an hour earlier - luckily we were home! There seemed to be a miscommunication between delivery firm and the driver.”

“I would of rated as very good as I love the equipment I have bought and ProForm Fitness have also been very good to deal with, but delivery service is shocking. Had text message night before at 21.30 with delivery slot for next day of 12.40 - 16.40, delivery company tried to deliver when I was at work at 8am stating failed delivery, was told I would have to re book another day, but I insisted it was still delivered the same day, even though they tried to talk me out of it as the van driver would have to come back at 8pm because it had been put on the wrong van. The review website for the delivery company does not help, it has terrible reviews, delivery driver also was not happy as he was on his own and it was a 2 man delivery.”

“Having bought the new Tour de France bike I am overall pleased with the product however for a high tech and expensive piece of kit I'm very disappointed at the ease of seat adjustment both me and my partner are using the bike and to have to adjust the seat height with an Allen key every time is very frustrating”

Hello Jessica, its Josh from ProForm Fitness. I'm very happy to hear you are pleased with your Tour De France bike. With the design of the product, the allen key is required just to ensure that when adjusting the seat it can be tightened to the maximum. I understand this can be quite tedious if you have one or more users with different heights. I believe our Research and Development department are looking into this to perhaps change the seat adjustment. However I hope you are enjoying your Tour De France bike.

“I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and I must say "we" weren't disappointed. Buying direct from Pro Form I would highly recommend, firstly they recommend the right product to suit or needs (actually not letting me spend too much on higher spec models) and great friendly service on delivery. The unit came very well packaged and the instructions for building the unit were excellent- with each set of screws/bolts clearly segregated and marked. It's not a 5min job building the unit, but it also isn't difficult either you just need to take your time. Once built you won't be disappointed, very easy to use and incredibly smooth to run on. The iPad doc/holder is a nice touch also, with a 3mm Jack providing connectivity to the internal speakers, which are just loud enough to stream music/films while you run. The treadmill itself is great for all levels, from my wife using it for short 5k sessions while I use it to support my Ironman triathlon training. Overall a fantastic product which is incredible value for money when compared to other more expensive alternatives - buy one you won't be disappointed!!!”

“There was nothing special about the transaction, I was informed by text that I would recieve another text the night before delivery to give me a 4hr delivery slot, this didn't happen, I called Proform on the morning of the delivery, they gave me a 4hr delivery slot, the delivery driver then called me to say he was on his way, outside of the time allocated ?”

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the time slot text message, our carriers should have sent this text out to inform you of when they would be arriving the following day but there are no excuses. Sadly the deliveries can fall slightly outside of the allocated slot due to external factors such as traffic. I believe that you were given a pre-call informing of this. As I see the item was delivered successfully I'm hoping you are enjoying your Tour De France bike.
