“Would’ve been 5/5 but recently they’ve stopped offering a very good trade discount (£4 off on a £100 plus order compared to normal pricing is a joke) so by the time you add delivery on they’re actually quite a bit more expensive than purchasing from a local merchant. Promotional items have been poor too compared to last year too.”

“My order was severely delayed. Even though I added a note to say it was alright to leave it on the doorstep. DX left a card , but we were at work, this led to 2 weeks of nonsense. We got daily DX updates for the delivery but it never arrived .We got GPS tracking data, which put the van near the house, no delivery. I had to phone Pro Tiler, who spoke to DX, so it arrived.
If your order is time dependent do not use Pro Tiler as it won't arrive on time!
The product is fine as I have used it before.”

“Overall a good service with reasonable prices (although after delivery costs, prices are comparable with other places). The delivery was prompt which I really appreciated but container of Ardex liquid dpm was badly crushed in the pallet. It didn’t leak, but was very difficult to open as a result.

The issue has still not been dealt with. Had a phone call from someone saying the manager of the third party will email me. I never received an email and still waiting. It has been weeks now!! Still a mess all over our path. Really disappointed.
Easy to order online. Order arrived when they said it would. Delivery was not great in terms of care. One bag broke but delivery driver continued to drag it across the road, path and onto property causing issues to all areas without listening, and locals have complained. Substance does not wash off and still waiting to hear back from the company. They were quick to replace the broken bag which was good but still waiting to hear regarding issues with damaged caused.”
