You emailed me telling me the item I wanted was not in stock i called and ordered a different item got charged another delivery and payed for the items in the mean time 3 of 4 original items turned up and were returned when my new order was delivered. I still have not received a refund for the original order.

Very slow in sorting out a order which has been delivered incorrectly. When new order was processed didn't send it priority delivery.

Didnt get what ordered in time tiler had to be delayed after they said they had material in stock and wasn't told till the minute that it wasn't comming

As our cut off for next day delivery is 3 pm your order would have been dispatched the following day. We have confirmation from our courier that the parcel was received on 11/05/2022 at 10:33 which is in line with your selection of a pre 12 service. As for the delivery prices, this will be due to the selected pre 12 service and also because of the weight of the products which were two 25kg packages. Don't go anywhere near this site very poor after sales. Sent me a faulty montolit manual tile cutter to cut 10mm 670x440 porcelain tiles scribing and snap arm faulty no clean cut and breaking tiles contacted immediately wouldn't replace as been used. Other reviews say same

When delivery arrived it was the box was damaged but no evidence that goods were damaged but they were and then leaked all over my carpet so taking legal action as Pro Tiler Tools said NOT OUR PROBLEM!!!!!!

We are sorry to hear you feel you had a poor experience with us and we can appreciate your frustration. However we, nor DPD, are liable for costs/charges outside of the value of the products or delivery. We utilise leading couriers to serve customers nationwide, although, despite the high standards, delays and damages in transit are still possible and unfortunately out of our control, and sometimes even the couriers. Certainly, something neither can control is what customers do with goods once in their possession, including where goods are transported, stored or used. With an order containing latex, particularly one which was been through a courier network, we would recommend this be opened and inspected in a suitable location. We are required to replace any damaged items which of course we have already done so as quickly as possible. We also refunded your delivery charge as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, there is nothing more that we can do and brings this case to a close. If you require anything aside from the matters discussed above, please let us know. The tool I bought arrived incomplete (missing 2 knobs)! I have emailed customer service, but they not bother contacting me or sorting out the issue. So I paid over £400 for a tool that I can't use!!

I rang & emailed several times to get the part ordered. Just been told its not on its way from sigma in Italy. Tiling has now been delayed by 3 weeks so the job is costing money and delayed. Really really disappointed

Ordered 7 items of grout and silicone and they told me by email 1 was out of stock. Fair enough so I re-ordered that elsewhere but had to pay another delivery cost. When the remaining 6 items were delivered 1 was short shipped - no explanation offered! I had to call to query this and was told they had run out and didn't know when more would be available. So I had to place yet another order elsewhere and pay yet another delivery cost! Protiler Tools could not have cared less about their poor customer service!
