The product is as expected, but the delivery was awful. DPD delivered the product to what they called a nearby depot, which was 40min away by car! No idea why they didn’t even attempt to deliver it to my house since I was home all day. For a hefty 6.99£ delivery charge this is unacceptable. While I understand that this is DPDs fault, it’s still Pro Tiler who are responsible that I get the product on time. For that reason, I wouldn’t buy from Pro Tiler anymore and I wouldn’t recommend it either.

I can see that your order was out for delivery and was unable to deliver. This has then automatically been requested to DPD pick up location. This is something which you can change on the DPD system and if you have used DPD can automatically stay on your account. We are sorry that this caused inconvenience with your order, we understand how frustrating this is. We would advise contacting DPD to change these settings for future deliveries and for this happening again. At PTT, we strive to get our customers orders to them efficiently and promptly. With regards to delivery this is completely out of our hands once the courier has your order. We can advise when orders are out for delivery and if there was a delivery issue (wrong address, late deliveries etc). We always advise our customers to contact ourselves if there are ever any problems and we can then chase up any problems with our couriers.

Even though I paid for next day delivery it arrived almost a week late if you need it urgently not great

We have checked your postcode and you can receive free standard delivery on a wet cutting tile machine. I have only recieved 1 part of my order (which arrived on friday) - the rest has still not arrived and I've not had any updates about where it is, when it is due and what is happening. I'm very frustrated by the situation as my whole project is now delayed and it has affected my contractor.

For two consecutive months I ordered the material and paid extra next day delivery before 12 am, everything was fine when I decided to order glue 1-3 day delivery 23 august someone decided that I did not need it. Today is the 28th, and I got nothing. Since I worked on the weekend I had to buy everything at Screwfix. Now I think why I need your glue. I will try not to work with you anymore.

Contacted company on the Friday stated I was needing delivery on the Saturday but their website said next working day delivery, chap said that’s ok we can get it to you for Saturday..items arrived on the Monday. I had tiler booked for the Sunday. Paid £55 for delivery… Update they have agreed to refund my delivery cost and asked me to revise my review… delivery inc vat was £66, refund £30…clearly my views of this company are reinforced further.

Paid the extra £14.99 for pre 1030next day delivery arrived at 2100pm not the first time this has happened either! I will continue to buy from PTT only you need to deliver your promises especially when you take the extra money people pay for the service ! As a result I was left with a team of tradesman that couldn't do anything on the day . I let it slide last time this happened,I don't like giving bad reviews only this time it's very justified !

Have spent a few grand with them and had got a faulty rubi laser that attaches to my saw when I called and spoke with them I was asked to make a short video of the problem it was around £30 pound I think so that was that will only use as a last choice now

Not good , heard great things about the place thought I’d do an order , grout float out of stock , accepted a alternative, then that out of stock , said I’d get my order by weds , got it Friday , pack of scribes missing , and wrong size mixing bucket , il stick to ctd from now on .

We are sorry to hear that the product you was recommend to be out of stock This was due to the stock being incorrect when going to pack the order. the product that was exchanged for is a more expensive leveller as there was no other leveller similar priced. Unfortunately the additional payment was needed to dispatch a different brand leveller. We are extremely sorry for this mistake.

I placed an order on 31/05/22 and paid for next day delivery. By 4pm nothing had arrived so I telephoned to make sure the delivery was still scheduled for that day, I was assured it was. At 6pm still no delivery so I contacted them again, I was told the delivery company they use have refused to deliver as the items were 2.5m long, i said no problem, I will unload them as they are 8kg each, but no they wouldn't accept that. They said they would issue a full refund straight away, 6 days later and I've still not got a refund, they keep telling me that the delivery company they use still haven't returned the items to them and until that happens the refund won't be processed. How is this my problem ? The goods did not even arrive with me, I have never received them or even seen them. Very poor

Fast delivery Perfect! BUT Item arrived damaged, then you hit the wall no response to email, contacted them by phone instructed to re-send email which I did straight away, still no response.
