After investigating this with our courier, I can confirm the reason for the delay was due to the adverse weather conditions last week. Upon processing your order, our supplier experienced a technical issue which unfortunately caused them to misplace your order reference and is the reason for the delay. Had to go to FedEx depot as still no new on deliver of my item after days of waiting. Item had been damaged and no one bothered to update me or contact me to let me know what had happened or come up with a suitable solution

Poor so far we have yet to find our goods. They were left in the wrong place/person and when I phoned the courier company hadnt taken a photo of the delivery.

The pricing on the website was wrong. VAT was added again to the price that included VAT. Next time I purchased elsewhere. I was overcharged about £15 by the protiler website.

After taking a look into your order I can see that it was placed on the 21st at 17:08 which is after our next-day dispatch time of 15:30. This means the product would have been dispatched on the 22nd. The service chosen was a standard 1-3 working day service and was marked as received on the 29th. I can confirm that your order was fulfilled within the displayed timeframe and no issues regarding delivery were reported. The dates 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th were bank holidays which are not included in the standard 1-3 working day service. We assume you may be referring to the batch number that is displayed on Tilemaster products, this number refers to the production date and not the expiry date. I had to cancel my order and reorder. The cancelled order has not been processed and the team has been reviewing my refund for two weeks now. I have followed up many times and the only answer I get is we are looking into this. Very poor. I want my refund.

You emailed me telling me the item I wanted was not in stock i called and ordered a different item got charged another delivery and payed for the items in the mean time 3 of 4 original items turned up and were returned when my new order was delivered. I still have not received a refund for the original order.
