“I had ordered products online on a Friday and expected delivery within 3 days. So after 10 days and no delivery via DPD I started to pull my hair out. The delivery company was useless in every way, with no human contact possible. My tracking information vanished. I then contacted Pro Tiler Tools who was a breath of fresh air here. They had not been made aware that my order had been damaged on route. They immediately shipped everything to me again with overnight, next day service. Fantastic customer support. Thank you”
