“Good delivery except delivery cost as much as the goods purchased ,goods not as shiny as expected,should be chorme but slightly dull ,all in all would use pro tiles again it the need arose ,following this review I was contacted by pro tiles ,the lady I spoke to informed me the delivery cost is set by the courier and not by them ,as for the trim not being as shiny as expected was offered a return label,samples are available if requested,I have to say they could not have been more helpful,so a big thumbs up,will use pro tiles again ,now rated as five star,check these guys out .thank you PTT”

“I bought a Battipav Profi Evo 103 Tile Cutter from Pro Tiler Tools. It arrived quickly with FedEx but upon unpacking I found it had damage to one end. It is quite heavy and bulky and it looked like it had been dropped during transit. There was a scuff on the corner of the box where the damage occured. I contacted customer services with pictures and they responded very quickly by sending a new cutter and provided a label for collection of the damaged item. All this happened on a Friday and the new cutter arrived on the following Monday morning. An excellent service and will definitely buy from them again.”

“The goods were delivered very promptly and well packed. I have given just four stars as I felt the delivery charge of £6.99 + VAT was very high, particularly as the goods ordered were just £5.99 + VAT. First class post would have been far more reasonable in my opinion. It seems odd to pay more for delivery of a tiny packet than the actual contents of same. I have now been contacted by Pro Tiler Tools and a very pleasant gentleman has agreed, wholeheartedly with my point regarding delivery charges. First class post would have sufficed in my case but, sadly, our postal system is no longer as reliable as it used to be, and list items are difficult to trace. I have updated my rating to 5 stars as I do not feel the company should be down graded due to systems beyond their control. The goods were perfect and delivered promptly”
