I emailed on the Saturday afternoon, just after delivery, Tom replied at 7.19am Monday and had a replacement with me next day.
Good customer service is essential these days, but often lacking, and my sincere thanks to Tom and Pro Tiler for dealing with this so very promptly.”

“I ordered various items at a cost of around £620 for a clients bathroom. Timescales were tight and I paid for the next day delivery service at a cost of £23.99. I was informed that there would be a delay the day after placing the order, with the reason being the items would be coming direct from the supplier. I understand this but it could have been made clearer at the point of ordering to allow a decision to be made on whether to proceed. Communication from the team was good however, and I was refunded the next day delivery charge.”
