“Product was good and the delivery arrived as agreed. I didn’t realise though that standard delivery wasn’t free and that next day delivery cost was on top of the standard delivery cost.
Also I may have ordered 2 rolls of tape and when the order confirmation came through I raised this. An immediate response said the order would be amended and a refund would be issued within 3-5 working days. 9 working days later all they want to do is send me an email confirming that a refund has been issued. I have not received it!
When PTT finally investigated it would seem a refund was not required as this was netted off at the time payment was taken. This was not clear to me or them which is why it took so long to resolve.”

“You are only as good as your last delivery and therefore i am can only to rate your servise as exceptionally poor.
Paid for next day delivery, but once again promises that we wuold get it early morning delivery the next day was once again broken. Have been informed that now the delivery will be between 3.00 and 5.00.
I have had to send my floor layer home today and therefore we will be looking for Pro Tile to reimburse Comfort Building Services.”
