“Ordered tile trim and received an email saying there was a problem. Rang them and they said it had all been delivered and now I have spoken to the carrier service to deliver to my address because they wouldn't deliver to my door, no tile trim was delivered :[”

“After some research I decided to get the Rubi system. Would liked to have had more advice from the person who took the order as I was not 100% certain and. I already has 5mm spacers from screwfix so I didn’t need the more expensive 5mm levelling system but I came to that conclusion myself. So overall I was happy but prefer to be advised more.
