“Products are good and the company did the right thing when an item was missing…
I paid extra for next day delivery but found an item missing (white pigment for resin - I only needed a few drops) meaning there was no benefit to paying the extra postage charge.
The delivery company wouldn’t take responsibility but pro tiler tools (Stephen) rectified it by sending a replacement & refunding postage. I would order from them again,”
