“Your courier informed me that the delivery was going to arrive on one day between 8.10 and 12.10. A day was wasted waiting for it. It arrived 24 hours later so not a great service as it cost me money. Goods great, courier rubbish.
On the plus side PTT have refunded some of the charges due to the failings of the courier but I have since found that part of the order was not sent correctly which requires more of my time to deal with this error.”

“Good prices and service, postage was a little expensive as I didn't meet the minimum orde value, but that's to be expected if not meeting minimum order values.
Also, they used FedEx for delivery and somehow the delivery information wasn't passed on to fedex so the first delivery failed which delayed my job slightly.”
