“Ordered tile-backer boards and 3 boxes of screws to fit them, they arrived during the alotted period but only 1 box of screws. I contacted customer service and the missing 2 boxes were dispatched, apparently lost in transit. Bit puzzled as to how that could have happened though because the pallet was very well shrink wrapped. I would order from here guys again.”
