He took the time to understand what we were tying to achieve and because of his rigour and attention to detail we always felt confident in the choice we had made of using private finance. “This is my second time that I have used Private Finance for mortgaging purposes and I can say that on both occasions the service I have been provided is seamless. “Being a first time buyer, our knowledge of the process was rather limited. Simon at Private Finance was fantastic. He explained how the process worked, what to expect, how long decisions would take and how we could best prepare our finances for applying for the mortgage. Everything went through smoothly and our mortgage was accepted very quickly. Simon's communication throughout has been exceptional - always a phone call away. I couldn't recommend the team at Private Finance more - great knowledge and expertise, accessible and, most importantly, fast! We're really happy with the service.”

“As always, Shaun and Sarah were very helpful throughout the process and I would have no hesitation in continuing to use Private Finance. It wasn't a very pleasant process and it could have been made easier if I had a very simple, easy to understand document outlining all the stages clearly and showing each point where the process could fail and the cost implications. Even up to the end I felt the loan was going to be unsuccessful. The whole thing felt the wrong way around, I was asked for my money before the simplest of questions were answered which, if answered with a no, my loan would have been rejected. Although the loan was successful in the end, it was largely down to the extra effort Shaun put in to ensure it. If it wasn't for him the whole thing would have taken far too long, and if I had visibility of that from the outset I would have been able to make a much more informed decision as to whether it was the correct path to follow.”

“Shaun Church and Sarah Sheppard made a tight deadline house purchase easy! In fact, we ended up with a week to spare. “I can only say how refreshing it is to be able to say in this day and age that our experience with Private Finance was excellent. [ not just very good ! ] From start to finish the advice and information provided was concise and presented clearly. Particular reference must be made to PF's Simon Marsh who steered us through the process of both mortgages in a supremely professional manner. The art of communication has not been lost on him and he is a real asset to the business in the way he presented the financial elements of the facilities we were arranging. Put simply Simon says it how it is and does what he says without any fuss or delay. As mentioned earlier an extremely rare attribute nowadays ! We will be meeting Simon next month to organise another facility and won't be talking to anybody else ,which , I trust , adequately sums up our feedback.”

“From the outset Tom conducted himself in a thoroughly professional, efficient and friendly manner. He listened to my requirements, explained the options open to me clearly and concisely, He turned a complicated situation into a straight forward course of action and either he or a member of his team kept me informed throughout the process. “Jason dealt with my application efficiently and was able to secure a mortgage for me on far better terms than I had originally anticipated. He was very easy to deal with; speaking in plain English and taking the time to ensure that I fully understood all the technical stuff. He responded to any queries in a timely fashion and kept the ball moving with the mortgage company. I was recommended to Private Finance by a previous customer of theirs and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.”
