“Occasionally Mike was in meetings when we wanted to speak with him but we always had a good response from the rest of the team. I was very impressed with everyone when working towards very tight deadlines. There speedy work aloud me to secure a lower interest rate before they went up. Many thanks for all involved. “One of the best sites for investing. Great service and great results! There are lots of credit service companies that make lots of promises but few deliver.g. However they lack recovery capabilities, which is very crucial in getting back lost or stolen funds. A great alternative is legalreclaim.online . They are really good.”

“I thought Mike - with able support from Harry - did a great job with the mortgage. Mike provided good advice, and they both were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would have rated PF 5/5 but their referral to a buildings insurance colleague didn't go well. It took several days to get a quote, so exchange had to be delayed, and - when a quote did come - it had onerous conditions attached to it. Once completion had taken place, I found alternative insurance without difficulty.”

“Private Finance supported me in obtaining two limited company BTL mortgages between October and December 2020. As a former trading company converting to an SPV my options were somewhat limited but Nathan found me a willing lender and product to suit. Having provided all the requested documentation for my first BTL mortgage application I was surprised and disappointed when it was refused. Working together within a very short timescale PF and I managed to over-turn the lender's decision but the resultant delays in the start, stop, start again process meant I completed on the property purchase a month later than originally agreed with the seller. It was a hugely frustrating time. I'm glad to say though that the second BTL mortgage (with the same lender) went without a hitch. Nathan and Maniksha were attentive and provided prompt and friendly support throughout the process. I'd like to thank them for their help and would certainly recommend Private Finance to others.”

“This is the second time I have used PF. Simon has always been very professional in accessing products which meet or exceed expectations within some pretty unusual circumstances and feedback and communication is mostly prompt. Harry has been brilliant throughout the process having taken over while Simon was on leave and was excellent at responding, chasing and supporting me throughout. He should be moved off his "trainee" status ASAP and is a credit to the organisation. Customer service is a rare commodity these days but in financial relationships it is critical and Harry understand this. Many thanks for all your assistance and support. AvG”

“As expatriates it is difficult to know how to approach the mortgage market in the UK. We looked at a lot of options but none were very helpful. With Anuj and his team it was different. Anuj was clear what Private Finance could do from day one. Communication was excellent despite wherever in Africa I was traveling and everything was done to get the deal over the line. The team were available at almost any time on phone or mail and approachable without being pushy. Despite a long process, the team helped us to succeed to get the mortgage for our house. In short, we would use Anuj and his team again and recommend them to others.”
