“April, our advisor, assisted us throughout the mortgage application process and I can't praise her highly enough. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and she guided us through the application process incredibly efficiently and smoothly. She was always available whenever we had a query, even at 8pm on a Friday and thanks to her efforts we were able to achieve a substantially higher mortgage and on better terms than both our existing bank and existing mortgage lender had offered us. The house buying process is always stressful but April definitely took a large portion of the stress out of it for us and we would highly recommend her and Private Finance.”

“I had been looking for a mortgage with another broker for a few months with no luck! “Always accessible, friendly, personal service, extremely quick to provide information, very responsive. Two mildly problematic things that may or may not have been due to Private Finance - I couldn't tell where the problem lay so forgive me if not relevant: (1) I received a letter from the mortgage provider to say my application had been cancelled because they hadn't received some documents in time (alarming, but swiftly rectified!); (2) the fact that my house is a listed building was specifically discussed but was left off the house insurance documentation, until I spotted it and called up to rectify.”

“Professional, helpful, creative, supporting, strategic. Private Finance helped us get two mortgages on two different properties. Our circumstances were complicated and others were not overly helpful and even made us feel unworthy. Thank you Private Finance for your time, patience and understanding.
