“We approached Private Finance to arrange a complicated mortgage involved putting an additional person on the mortgage involving a house that was an asset in a trust. Shaun Church instantly understood the technical effects the trust would have on the mortgage application and worked hard for many months to liaise between the Trust solicitors and the mortgage provider. He soothed any wobbles the mortgage provider had in relation to the Trust and explained to us what was happening at all times. I now have another mortgage to apply for involving a house in probate with sitting tenant and I will immediately hand this work to Private Finance as I am confident they have the experience and intelligence to help me understand the process involved.”

“PRIVATE FINANCE have been very good in obtaining a mortgage for my new house. “The Team at Private Finance are not only excel in customer service and experience/industry knowledge, they made my purchasing experience incredibly smooth considering the bumps along the way which was caused between solicitors, Estate Agents etc.. “After being messed around, delayed and ignored by other 'busy' mortgage advisors I was recommended to private finance. They were superb, proactive and efficient. They worked extremely hard and quickly to achieve a sound mortgage offer at a brilliant rate when others had simply failed. “We received an excellent service from both Edward Checkley and Salman Sarwar from the first telephone call to when the final mortgage offer was received. “I really I had a good experience with Michael, one of which has made me tell friends and family about him and private finance. Giving detailed information and options allowed myself to make an easier decision. We tend to hear buying your first house is very difficult in terms of finding a lender and getting the right support it was very easy. I have recommend two people to use private finance now when seeking for mortgages to find the best on the market but also get the best information available. Regards, Richard Mensah”

“After some initial issues due to my case being switched between advisers, it was taken on by Michael, who once he was up to speed with my situation, did a great job of securing a very non-standard mortgage in a very tough market.
