My financial circumstances are very straight forward. I don't believe a massive shortfall between what I was told I could expect to receive and what I actually got is acceptable. I also do not find it acceptable to advise me that the mortgage has a massive shortfall and for the broker to become uncontactable. Why should I have to phone your office to chase him down?
