“Having used another broker for numerous years and being dissatisfied with their service, i turned to Private Finance Ltd for their assistance. I cannot praise their service enough. I took a remortgage on our existing property to enable us to buy a house at the coast for us to eventually retire to. Chris and Conor did everything with great speed and attention. We had our mortgage valuation carried out a few days after completing the full application and received our mortgage offer in around a week. Amazing service which meant we secured our new property and completed on the purchase in 8 weeks. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Chris and his team worked extremely hard to secure a product, despite us being more than challenging applicants. As a self-employed non UK resident, I didn't expect to secure such favourable terms. “A very painful experience to say the least, took almost 3 months to book a valuation, to eventually mortgage being declined. 3 Months of hard work and effort totally wasted. A dreadful experience !”

“I spoke to a couple of mortgage brokers prior however Tom Jukes stood out from the start with his friendly approach and knowledgeable approach. He made my first time purchase of a property considerably easier for me for me, and went above and beyond in helping navigate a couple of challenges I had along the way. Tom's colleague Jordan was also very helpful with the time he spent providing me with mortgage protection advice I would highly recommend Tom and his team.”
