“What a long road to refinance! Private Finance helped me to buy our home when we returned to the UK from 10 years in the US with no recent credit history. They got us a mortgage when nobody else could. Fast forward 2 years and with a bit more credit history, again Private Finance managed to help us take two mortgages and merge them into one with a lower rate. They worked tirelessly for a whole year to get our refinance done. Always available at the end of the phone or email. Thank you to Donny, Nick and Joseph”

“It has been a real pleasure and relief working with Vishal from Private Finance. We had a tough run getting a mortgage and faced many hurdles along the way, but Vishal’s efforts never slowed down. He truly helped us overcome everything and get it over the line, thankfully. He was excellent at communicating updates, helping us organise and prepare all the documents, and advising us on the best options for our situation. Vishal was incredibly accommodating and patient, taking the time to understand our circumstances and communicate them effectively to the lenders. Buying a home is, of course, an emotional journey, but Vishal helped us stay focused and persistent throughout. “I really can’t thank Private Finance enough for all their hard work securing me a mortgage. My consultant Conor was polite, professional, always kept me up to speed with what was happening and worked incredibly quickly throughout the whole process. I never once felt like I didn’t know what was happening and the more I talked to Conor the more confident I became; being somewhat daunted initially. “Exeptionally happy with Private Finance and the level of customer service as provided by Tom Jukes throughout. Tom was recommended by Jackson Stops and he worked wonders with what was a very difficult purchase to include a possible bridge loan, plus convenants etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and he has since already helped out my brother and his wife with a remortgage.
