“I have used Private Finance Ltd twice now for my residential mortgage and both times I have been really pleased with the level of service received. Recently I dealt with Sharan who was really informative and genuinely cared about finding me the best deal. I wasn’t short of questions throughout the process and she very articulately answered my questions so that I had full understanding along the way. “I have just used Private Finance for the third time for remortgaging one of my BTL properties. I dealt with Nick Waites and found him to be very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable of the market place. He was able to find a competitive rate and secure it just before the rate increases that were looming. Nick kept me informed throughout and I was very please with the service overall. Over the years, I have dealt with three different advisors and have always received exemplary service so would always recommend Private Finance”

“Private finance was recommended to us by a friend and they have been absolutely brilliant. Being first time buyers myself and my partner did not know much about mortgages but Hollie took the time to explain the whole process to us and found us a mortgage to suit our requirements. The entire process was made incredibly easy and stress free. Whilst going through the house buying process Hollie kept us updated informing us of any changes to the interest rates and even secured us a mortgage with a lower interest rate. We can’t thank Hollie and the team enough for their help with our first house purchase, we will be recommending Private Finance to family and friends. Thank you!”

“What a long road to refinance! Private Finance helped me to buy our home when we returned to the UK from 10 years in the US with no recent credit history. They got us a mortgage when nobody else could. Fast forward 2 years and with a bit more credit history, again Private Finance managed to help us take two mortgages and merge them into one with a lower rate. They worked tirelessly for a whole year to get our refinance done. Always available at the end of the phone or email. Thank you to Donny, Nick and Joseph”
