“I was passed Shaun's details from a colleague who had dealt with him on a number of transactions. I found Shaun to be very helpful from the outset, he gave good advice and was very knowledgeable about the best deals available. Once we agreed a lender and rate I dealt with Sarah. Sarah has been a pleasure to deal with, always responds to emails/ calls quickly with a comprehensive update, is always polite and friendly. Sarah is an asset to the firm. I wouldn't hesitate to use Private Finance again and will recommend you to my friends and family.”

“I was very pleased with the services and impressed by the professional attitude of Private Finance's team. Shaun was excellent in providing ad hoc solutions and identifying the best providers for us, acting always in a friendly and open manner, quick in his responses and helpful until the last moment. I also had the opportunity to interact with Sarah and Mark who were extremely polite, efficient and responsive to all our insurance enquiries and requests. “I was very satisfied with the personal service provided by Private Finance and Tim Nye. All my questions were answered clearly and promptly, which enabled me to make decisions. The only disappointment was with Clydesdale Bank, where on two occasions delays could have been avoided and nearly caused us to miss the exchange date set. However, the diligence of Private Finance meant that this issue was resolved.”

“I want to appreciate Private Finance for: - Arranging a large mortgage at a very good rate - Doing so despite my unusual status (self employed, recently returned to UK, current income only from buy-to lets) - Negotiating away some stringent lender conditions - Keeping on top of the process all the way through - Very timely and efficient handling of all the admin - Keeping in close contact with my solicitor to completion - Immediate response to communication from myself, solicitor, lender. “Private Finance came highly recommended, and they certainly lived up to expectations. The process was efficient, professional and friendly. They found me a suitable product and followed everything through with minimum of fuss. It was quite expensive, so I would use a cheaper service in future if my needs were more straightforward, but given my circumstances meant a pretty special product was required, I consider it worth the money.”

“We are delighted with the service provided, from start to finish (although the end has not quite been reached!!) Salman Sarwar, our designated Mortgage Paraplanner, has gone beyond the call of duty to help us with our mortgage application. He has been constantly pressing things forward, even staying in touch with us during his holiday. Should we ever need to go through this process again (heavens forbid!) we would use Private Finance Ltd”

“Ref: 3450LJG Private Finance sourced our mortgage in our recent house move. “Simon Kelly arranged our mortgage for us and was excellent from start to finish. Our situation was not straightforward but he found the right lender and mortgage for us, so we were able to get the property we wanted. What we found specially helpful and reassuring was that Simon would always reply really quickly and with clarity to any queries we had. “I use Martin Brady for mortgages and I have to say he is an excellent proactive professional! He makes my life very easy! I just need to focus on finding the right property investment and Martin finds the best deal in the market! And he proactively communicates with relevant bank and clients!
