“The Team at Private Finance are not only excel in customer service and experience/industry knowledge, they made my purchasing experience incredibly smooth considering the bumps along the way which was caused between solicitors, Estate Agents etc.. I would highly recommend them to anyone which i have already done so. I shall certainly be instructing them again in the future. A special Thank you to Tim Nye, Maniksha Shah & Mark Frampton.”

“After being messed around, delayed and ignored by other 'busy' mortgage advisors I was recommended to private finance. They were superb, proactive and efficient. They worked extremely hard and quickly to achieve a sound mortgage offer at a brilliant rate when others had simply failed. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for peace of mind in the stressful enough process of buying property. Simply put, Outstanding!”

“We received an excellent service from both Edward Checkley and Salman Sarwar from the first telephone call to when the final mortgage offer was received. Salman was especially efficient and prompt at providing us with the different options available and at answering our questions. I would highly recommend using their service.”

“I really I had a good experience with Michael, one of which has made me tell friends and family about him and private finance. Giving detailed information and options allowed myself to make an easier decision. We tend to hear buying your first house is very difficult in terms of finding a lender and getting the right support it was very easy. I have recommend two people to use private finance now when seeking for mortgages to find the best on the market but also get the best information available. Regards, Richard Mensah”

“After some initial issues due to my case being switched between advisers, it was taken on by Michael, who once he was up to speed with my situation, did a great job of securing a very non-standard mortgage in a very tough market. “Our contact was Tim Nye. We though Tim did a fantastic job!! He provided excellent advice in a calm and thought-through way and we very quickly arrived at a plan that worked for us. Between us, we drove the plan forward and achieved closure on 2 concurrent property deals within 41 days (from the date we first viewed the property to the date we moved in). Most people we spoke to said that this could not be done, which I guess drove us on even more. It was a real pleasure to work with Tim and we would do so again at the drop of a hat!!! Peter and Victoria”
