“Our contact was Tim Nye. We though Tim did a fantastic job!! He provided excellent advice in a calm and thought-through way and we very quickly arrived at a plan that worked for us. Between us, we drove the plan forward and achieved closure on 2 concurrent property deals within 41 days (from the date we first viewed the property to the date we moved in). Most people we spoke to said that this could not be done, which I guess drove us on even more. It was a real pleasure to work with Tim and we would do so again at the drop of a hat!!! “My financial circumstances are very straight forward. I don't believe a massive shortfall between what I was told I could expect to receive and what I actually got is acceptable. I also do not find it acceptable to advise me that the mortgage has a massive shortfall and for the broker to become uncontactable. Why should I have to phone your office to chase him down?”

“We received what felt like well researched advice resulting in an excellent mortgage offer. Communication the whole way through was comprehensive and helpful and all queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. When a problem arose with the valuer not turning up, the complaint was dealt with and we were duly compensated by the bank. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I have been using Private Finance for the last four years for development finance, buy-to-let mortgages and most recently on a residential remortgage. On every occasion they have offered invaluable advice and exceptional service. On our recent remortgage where we had quite unconventional requirements we were assisted by Salman Sarwar who has gone above and beyond all my expectations in terms of communication and his efforts in negotiating and progressing our application with the lender. “Edward & Salman Phase 1 Loan assessment, structuring and sourcing was fantastic however, we would like a little more communication with regards to the progression of the loan although I appreciate it is currently up to us to provide the lender with the required information. Phase 2 We are very keen to press on with phase 2. We will have the build costs by Friday 27th May. Regards, Henry”
