“I ordered some wrapping paper on the 8th July and nothing ever arrived. No one has contacted me to apologies or offer refund. You have taken money for a product you never delivered. Royal Mail say you dispatched it to them but then nothing. Will never use you again and still awaiting a full refund.”

Hi Peter, We're sorry to hear that your order never arrived, our team is always available to help with situations like this. I’ve had a look at your order, and the only one I can see was placed on the 29th of October. Our team did reply to your emails, explaining that with standard delivery we must allow 10 working days for the order to arrive, but after that period we would be more than happy to do our best to resolve this for you. As your order is still not showing as delivered, I have now issued you a full refund. Again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We can confirm that the image provided was of a lower quality, specifically, it appears to have been a photograph of an existing canvas. We always strive for a perfect result, but the final print quality is heavily reliant on the resolution and clarity of the file provided.
