“Placed order and tried to change delivery method within minutes as realised it wouldn’t arrive in time for the party. Was told they couldn’t change once order had been placed. Asked for cancellation or refund. Wouldn’t. Completely useless day after the party. Would not use them again”

“Awful sent me 18 faulty mugs and wont let me return to dispose of safely. Only refund issued eventually after numerous emails and calls made. This company should take accountability for disposing of faulty personalised goods they send customers.”

Hi, we are sorry you were not happy with the mugs you received. After the first 8 batch of mugs were unfortunately damaged in transit, we sent out replacements for you. As you were not happy with these replacements, we offered a full refund on return of the damaged & rejected items. Once we receive these back from you, we will of course process your refund. “I ordererd a set of 4 printed mugs to celebrate an event with some friends. Preparing the specific design took a while, but was successful. Delivery was very prompt. The packaging was excellent and the items arrived in perfect condition. Overall I am very pleased with the whiole service and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.”

“Exactly as advertised. Very quick delivery. Has gone through the dishwasher a few times now and seems fine - did say it was microwave and dishwasher safe - many of these printed items from other companies are not. Took one star off as was not able to see a preview of my mug before ordering. Would have been nice to see the text size relative to the mug.”
