“Unfortunately my order was not fulfilled in the timeframe paid for, and customer service attitude was very poor. The service advertised is not what is provided, resulting in a very stressful build up to a special occasion. Personally I would not shop here again.”

“Awful, you’d think they wouldn’t cut out someone’s head and would shrink the picture so it fit on the mug. Even so you’d think they would contact you before starting work on the mug. So silly”
