“I recently bought a mug for my dog that sadly passed away with 2 photos uploaded with no quote on the mug I received it with the 2 photos but annoying written on the bottom on both sides read “YOUR QOUTE HERE” which I find utterly ridiculous and apparently there is nothing you can do to rectify this so the gift is useless I will not be using your company again”

“Disappointing customer service, I ordered 4 coasters , I received 3 unique images and a duplicate. When I asked customer service and sent them a screenshot of what I had ordered they refused to correct and said it was not a production issue. So beware changing images on the screen when ordering as what you see may NOT be what you get. Also the coasters have no felt or cork base so tend to slide. I had to re-order the missing coaster which added 50% to the cost”
