“Having ordered a mug, I received it in relatively good time, though the dispatch notification was out of step with actual delivery and I was notified of dispatch 2 days after receiving the delivery! The product is fine and the printing on the mug is OK. My two stars is for Printster plaguing me with marketing emails. I get one, sometimes two a day. This is still happening, despite my having supposedly "un-subscribed" from all emails. I appreciate that companies like Printster want to hook customers in with deals, having charged full price for a first order. But the number of emails I'm receiving is just plain annoying.”

“Disgusting customer service. Items were poor can't even make out the faces on the mugs. Sent the photos I sent in compared to the tat they sent and the difference is ridiculous. No refund, no offer to reprint. Offered me another mug at a discounted price. What an absolute cheeky. Avoid this place they take advantage and give poor products. Have put in a charge back with the bank I have all the evidence I need for the money back. Don't let them rip you off!!!!!”
