“I had to have PayPal to intervene for my items to be dispatched although money was taken promptly and after many emails just ignored! After purchasing i checked the reviews and many others also had the same problems as myself!”

“I have my order but need to exchange. Despite SEVERAL attempts to contact them over several weeks, I have not had one response. It doesn't really matter if the product is good if there is NO customer service. Therefore I cannot recommend this company at all.”

“Given four stars for now as still awaiting replies from my two emails regarding aftersales service. Could amend it to Five or maybe One. Time will tell. Product and price are great and fast delivery 23 Oct update…. As per above review, 15 days and still no reply to both emails, so have amended it to a one star review. Seem happy to take my money, but zero after sales response.”

“I placed my order on 12/9 for inks and paid for the 1-3 days delivery option. When it hadn't arrived 10 days later I emailed asking for an update and got no response. I contacted them again 2 days later and still didn't receive a response. On 6/10 I raised a complaint with my bank after finding the Printer Ink Direct Facebook page and finding many people having the same issue and concluding that this must be a scam company. After calling the bank, I also commented on the page about my experience and that I had raised a complaint with the bank to get my money back. The next day I had a response from Printer Ink Direct telling me they would send the ink! I have obviously purchased ink elsewhere now and would not recommend this company. Their customer service is non existent, and I'm certain that, had I not contacted my bank, I would have been scammed out of the money entirely.”

“First purchase perfect. Second one took over a week to get here and magenta isn't recognised by printer. Cyan is fine. Have emailed three times now, no response. I need to print a large doc but don't want to reorder magenta in case I get replacement not refund. Customer service very bad.”

“Zero communication, which is a shame when there are issues with delivery. Everything is fine when the orders are swift and the delivery companies work on time but when something goes wrong sadly this company will not respond to you or even begin to try to help you.”

“Waste of money/ time/ humanity/ hope/ dreams. Just a shame you ppl were even born really. If I could, I would make you not exist anymore. Like, if there was just a button I could press to make you all go away forever, I would 100% press it. Just so there’s no confusion about what I’m saying, I would gladly send you to your grave given the choice.”

“Not recommended. Defective products and the after service/customer service is non-existent. The toner cartridge I received doesn't work - it causes my printer to stop halfway through the print process. The printer works fine with the tiny amount of toner left in the original cartridge. Printer Ink Direct ignore all emails sent via their email which states "Reply to this email if you have a problem". (Which also has a "Do not reply to this email" warning on it!). They also ignore emails sent to their sales email address. They will take your money, send you something that doesn't work and then subsequently ignore you.”
