“DELIVERY TIMES ARE TO LONG however the consumbles are good”

“Odd to deal with, but I did get the product and it works, so basically OK. The odd part: I ordered over a weekend. On Monday they took payment and and sent me an email saying the order was being prepared along with a Royal Mail tracking number that never worked at any point. After a week of nothing I emailed the contact address they list, and never heard back. A week after that, the order arrived with a completely different (Parcel Force) tracking number. The order status page never updated at any point. So 1/10 for communications, but on the plus side they did send what I ordered, and were cheap.”

“It may be difficult for businesses to use this company. I have no complaints about the products supplied or the delivery, but have been unable to get a VAT invoice. I keep messaging, but get no response. So disappointing.”

“The products are fine. It would be better if one could put the printer model number in a search box to find the right inks instead of having to scroll down to find them. Delivery was on the day promised, albeit not very quick”

“I am a first time customer and ordered ink as the price was very competitive. When I received my ink it stated on the side it had to be used by Dec 2024. Given it’s almost October, that means I would need to use the ink within 3 months, which I know I won’t given the amount of ink I purchased. I’ll be lucky to use 25% of the ink by then. I messaged the company who said the ink will be fine and have said if I have any problems to come back to them and they will send out replacement ink. So let’s see what happens.”

“I read previous reviews but still decided to place an order and risk it. Everything seemed fine as invoiced and emailed delivery in 1 to 3 days but not guaranteed ! Then nothing, no updates and no communication. Chatbox saying the same thing so I thought I'd been scammed. Anyway, I left it about 10 days and emailed again as previous times I got no reply though I stated if I hadn't heard anything within 48 hours I'd be seeking a refund. Low and behold at 48 hours received notification my order was on its way. Received order minus one item but still nothing as to why? Then a day or 2 later an email stating a refund for missing item but still no reason why ? Refund received ok but I still have no answer to the missing part of my order, out of stock I don't know. Gloss photo paper seems ok and haven't tried my ink cartridges yet. A simple reply would be beneficial and just saying part of my order was out of stock or something again a help. Just stating part of my order was not in and would I wait again would be a help. Will I try again, unless communication was to improve I don't think so.”

“Good service and products, although a bit puzzled by the cyan cartridge,it is smaller and different from the other colours you sent. it works and the printer says full. not sure if it is the right one.”

“Fast delivery. It’s just a shame I can’t get hold of the team afterwards. The first ink cartridges delivered weren’t compatible with my printer and am unable to speak to anyone about returning and getting a refund. I have ordered now the correct ones by searching for the ink cartridge number rather than printer model, and those are correct.”

“Hi Unfortunatley they are the wrong Cartridges i need Epson Model WF- 7840 Cartridges. Serial No: x6m8o15181. The ones you have sent me are not the right ones ,you have sent Inkrite 1811.
