“Awful service, I ordered the wrong ink by mistake and haven't been able to contact anyone to return this ink. I have emailed twice, used the customer contact form on the website and used the customer chat online with noone contacting back. There is no phone number on the website. Be careful ordering from this site.”

“There is absolutely NO customer service with this company. I have emailed, messaged via their website and have used their "instant chat" service no less than 10 times over 2 weeks. Nobody's home and nobody's interested. So I have a faulty cartridge and will have to buy again from somewhere else leaving me out of pocket!! Buyer Beware - it will cost you twice if you purchase from these "cowboys"!”

“None of the cartridges that I was sent were for the printer I requested for. I was sent 2 sets of cartridges that don’t work. I has been so difficult contacting to get a refund. Emails are not being responded to.”

“I have sent 3 queries about my order. It does not state the number of my printer on the pack and I want to be sure they're the correct cartridges. Customer service is atrocious! 3 emails and not a single response. They're still sitting there unopened.”

“I know that the 3 day delivery time is not guaranteed but it took over 2 weeks for my ink cartridges to arrive. In that time I e-mailed Printer Ink Direct 3 times to inquire about when I might expect my delivery, yet had no responses. Mike Powell”
