“Ordered some pens and notepads with our logo on. I was told that they would both be around 5-7 working days. But when I actually made payment and placed the order, they told me that the notepads were going to take another week on top. Although the service was great and Kyan was helpful, I just felt that that massively let things down and certainly was the main factor as why I didn't put a 5 star. Simple really, if you say it will be ready in 5-7 days, then don't change it once the customer has made the payment. Asked for a full refund for the notepads but kept the pens.”

“We received 250 branded bottle openers without fault at very short notice. The products fit our brief and our design was very well interpreted. Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful over the phone.”

“Very impressed with the service! I first contacted printed4you on the 30th of August with an urgent request and on the 9th of September already had the order delivered (as promised). The pens arrived well packed, as shown on the website and of great quality. I really appreciated how smooth and fast entire process was from original inquiry to execution, transparency of the pricing and availability of the team to answer any questions I had. “I wanted some key rings for our launch.Had a conversation with Steve, he listened to what i wanted.Sent me a proof within a few hours,made a few adjustments and my order was being processed! Excellent service, very good communication, kept me informed all the way through. I requested early delivery of my order, delivery came on time. I was very pleased with my order. “I'd not dealt with this Company previously , but called them following a visit to their web site - I was in desperate need of a supply of "rewards" - Chris Brown was extremely helpful - I stressed that there was a very tight and absolute deadline. Chris assured me that the deadline could be met and if fact Printed4you beat the deadline by at least a full day . Very happy with the customer service and the quality of the items we purchased”
