“Chris listened so well! He was cheerful and enthusiastic about your products, empathetic to my budget This is the first time I have contacted you but if I need to do promotional events but will definitely do it again. “We couldn't be more happy with the friendly, knowledgable and efficient service we received from Kyan at printed4you! We were let down at the very last moment by our previous supplier on a job needed for an event, Kyan saved the day! Not only did he turn our job around in super-human timing but the product it's self is fantastic. Thank you Kyan and printed4you for your help! We'll be recommending you to everyone we know.”

“To be clear, I have found the staff at Printed4you to be friendly, flexible and helpful but their suppliers are very poor and work to low standards, which Printed4You see to be ok with. We ordered promotional sports bottles from them, a simple white printed logo on a black bottle. The bottle itself was cheap but actually perfect for what it was intended, we liked the quality and had the same bottle from them in white last year. But their factory used a cheap print on the black bottle and, in the cold light of day, you could almost see through it, it wasn't completely opaque. The factory defended the quality as "fine" and "acceptable" but we didn't agree. They haven't resolved the issue and we are stuck with 100 bottles which we can't sell and will be uncomfortable even giving away. We're going to switch to China for production of these promotional products from now on, you just can't rely on UK suppliers for quality. A disappointing experience.”

Hi, thanks for leaving positive comments regarding our staff, this will be passed on to them. Regarding the bottles we have been in touch with our supplier again and highlighted your concerns. After looking in to it further we are still unsure what more was expected from the bottles or why the complaint has been made. We would love to chat further about this issue. “Good and quick customer service, the fact that you are happy to send previews of what the product looks like really helps. Especially as I first went to a competitor where the prices were cheaper however the service was awful (Total Merchandise). But you guys matched the price and gave me fantastic service, with samples and honest opinions; I'm very happy with Printed4you.”

“You provided us a prompt service that assured we were happy as a school with our order by emailing us through the process. A great product that was printed and delivered in a short space of time. The bags look expensive, are of great quality and the colour of the print is perfect. Thank you very much!”
