“Like a lot of people I do not find PDF technical docs a big help, especially for new kit where you are trying to get your head around how things work - phones, cameras, cars etc. For some time now I have used Print-my-PDF to output print versions of supplied or on-line PDFs, so that I can sit and run through a printed copy with a pencil, red pen and yellow marker at my leisure. I recently ordered a new bit of technical hardware (that hasn't even turned up yet...) but printed manual turned up just two days after up-loading it and I have already been through this and am now ready for Royal Mail to catch up with delivering the actual product! Really good service and fast. Option to print colour, or even colour cover, would be a welcome and pretty obvious upgrade to the current offering IMHO. JM”

“The book arrived with a delay, but that is understandable, given 2020's insanity. The book itself was well-packaged and delivered without damage. It was printed and bound very nicely, especially for a reasonable price. I am very pleased with my purchase and would print another PDF with this company.”

“My order number was 20003148W. In the major sections of the book the printing was so light it was close to unreadable and should have been darkened before sending it out to me. All your prior books were done professionally so I was surprised at this result.”

Hello We simply print the PDF which is uploaded. All PDF's we find print off differently this is due to how the PDF is created. Regards Julie

“Of course the new $400 camera doesn't come with a manual other than a PDF, and I didn't want to print it on 9x11 paper on my printer. Found this website, checked out the reviews, and tried it. VERY happy with the results; nice size, binding, clear protective front cover and crisp, clear print. I would definitely send any pdf manual again. Thank you!”

“I do not recall the name of the type of print I ordered (it was not spiral), but I was under the impression that the result would be more akin to a paperback book. The resulting bind felt shoddier than that, and I felt disappointed. Perhaps it would be useful to provide easy-to-find images of examples of the different binds you provide (e.g. "This is what a _____ bind looks like").”

Hello I have taken a look and you did indeed ask for a heat bound. Unfortunately at the time of your order we had run out of the heat bound binders. These are made off site by a different company and due to covid 19 the acetate used in our binders was in short supply as it was being used in face shields for PPE. We have now been supplied with the binders and will resend the order in heat bound binder. Also if you watch the video online on our website this shows the finished product. Thank you Julie
