“I have used these before with no issue. However this time around the print quality was very light such that it looked as though the print machines were running out of ink. So not happy this time around.”

“An excellent and quick service that I would recommend to others. One small niggle - a lot of tiny shreds of paper still there after punching the holes for the binding which went everywhere on opening the book, this could have been dealt with at the factory by shaking or a quick blast of air before packing.”

I'm sorry. We have dealt with this directly by email. The Coronavirus is causing the most dreadful effect on the postal service we have ever seen in 40 years in business. This is out of our hands. We have since resent your order.
